Michael Noll

  • County: La Porte County
  • Location: La Porte
  • Years active: 1872 - 1890s

Michael Noll was born in 1834 or 1835 in Germany; records list conflicting dates.

According to the La Porte County Commercial Review, Vol. 1, No. 1 (1896), an article about his son, C. Noll, states that his father, Michael Noll began his beer business in 1872.

According to the 1893–1894 city directory, he operated a saloon at 616 Indiana Avenue. Today, that location is a Northwest Health parking lot across from the courthouse, next to Fire Station No. 1.
