Just a quick bit of research on this one:
The earliest mention we could find is from The Indianapolis Journal on October 4, 1899, reporting that their dairy barn had been destroyed by fire. See the Articles tab to read the full piece.
The Indianapolis Star on September 27, 1952, ran a legal notice stating that the Jessup & Antrim Ice Cream Co., Inc. was going to be dissolved.

DAIRYMEN’S BARN DESTROYED.

An Explosion in the Stable Occupied by Jessup & Antrim.

The burning of the barn occupied by Jessup & Antrim, dairymen, at No. 1024 Roanoke street, caused a number of fires on North Senate avenue last night, all of them being of less importance, however, than the one in the barn. The fire was noticed at 7:22 o’clock, and by the time the fire department reached the scene it had gained such headway that it was seen that nothing could be done to save the building, and all energies were directed to saving the adjacent houses. In the barn were six horses and six milk wagons, and all were completely destroyed, with a loss of $1,500, which was offset by insurance to the amount of $700.

The fire spread rapidly to 1026 Roanoke street, where a one-story frame dwelling occupied by Windsor Crockett, was damaged about the roof to the extent of $50. The flames then communicated to 1028, the adjoining house, occupied by Mr. Hussey and owned by a man named Hudson. The roof on this house was also damaged, as was that on the next house, occupied by J. Hubbard. A few sparks set fire to the next adjoining house, but did little damage.

During the fire a can of gasoline or natural gas in Jessup & Antrim’s barn exploded with such force as to tear out one side of the building. It was learned that the fire was of incendiary origin.
